About the Role
As the HR & Marketing Executive, you will be the partner to the business and will work closely with key stakeholders in the aspect of Human Resources Management. You will experience the full spectrum of human resource functions such as assisting and implementing policies, guidelines, and programs relating to manpower management, salary and benefits, employee communication, and other human resources administration etc. The post holder will support Department Heads and report to the Head of People:
Your responsibilities include:
Assist in reviewing, and improving the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures to ensure that business objectives are met
Assist in the recruitment activities and administration, performance appraisal exercises, staff retention, and all manpower matter
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
Management of grants and claims
Process applications and renewals of work pass.
Assist in HR-related letters, i.e. employment contract, staff induction, confirmation letters, warning letters
Maintain accurate HR employee databases and personnel files
Manage & process company payroll such as filing attendance, leave and benefit claims administration.
Assist in compensation & benefits programs, including medical, health insurance, work injury compensation & etc
Process government funding (such as Maternity Leave / Child Care Leave / Paternity Leave, National Service & etc.)
Provide support and updates on HR reports, internal HR working templates, external statutory / labor market surveys, and headcount-related reporting.
Perform ad hoc duties for HR and marketing teams as requested
Collaborate and coordinate with our marketing, commercial, and operation teams on project execution based on IFT branding strategy, and key accounts' goals.
What we're looking for
You have a Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or equivalent and/or working towards a post-graduate qualification.
You have a sensibility for communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact autonomously with internal and external partners.
You are confident in juggling multiple tasks in a manner transparent to the team and working independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy.
You are able to work with a flexible and collaborative approach, with an ability to thrive in ambiguity and enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You are able to maintain the confidentiality of susceptible material with tact and professionalism.
You have a solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures.
You enjoy interacting with people.
You are interested in getting involved and making things happen.
Highly desirable: you possess knowledge/experience in HR & Marketing/Communications.
