About the Role

As a commercial & communications executive, you will be part of the commercial team, where you will develop the strategy, lead the execution of the initiatives to scale the business, and drive the communication efforts of the team and company. Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop the strategy and take action to drive the bottom line of the company

  • Work closely with the team to identify and evaluate potential business development partnerships

  • Take ownership and deliver on assigned projects, ensuring that the objectives are met and the follow up actions taken

  • Engage with multiple stakeholders (governments, feed manufacturers, farms, etc) in various commercial projects

  • Shape and strengthen IFT's positioning through effective and consistent internal and external communications

  • Manage incoming media requests, build relationships with journalists, and provide communications support, including media releases, responses, spokesperson management

  • You act resourcefully. You are innovative in your approach to challenges, can test and learn fast, and are willing to roll up your sleeves in order to get the job done.

  • You interact amicably. You are able to work collaboratively, have good communication and and writing skills, and can manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Prior experience (at least 1 year) in B2B sales or communications is a bonus. Fresh graduates are welcome
