Rich in protein and essential nutrients, our black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) formulated feed encourages shrimp growth and mitigates intestinal inflammation often caused by traditional soybean-based feeds by substituting up to thirty percent of commercial fish meal.
Our feed is also beneficial for shrimp farming operations by breaking down organic matter and reducing the amount of waste produced to support waste management.

INCREASED GROWTH PERFORMANCE
With up to 30 percent BSFL based formulated feed replacement, heptosomatic activity was greatly elevated, indicating that nutrients were plentiful and sufficient to support growth.
Heptosomatic activity measures the ratio of liver weight to total body weight and is the proxy of the energy reserves of shrimp.
IMPROVED HEPATOSOMATIC INDEX (HSI)
Protease activity in the hepatopancreatic of the shrimp was found to be significantly higher when up to 25 percent of commercial feed was replaced.
IMPROVED FINAL BODYWEIGHT
Up to 20 percent fish meal replacement resulted in an increase in final body weight of shrimp with promoted lipid synthesis and lipolysis.
ENHANCED IMMUNITY & HIGHER SURVIVAL RATE
